Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Feel It Back. By using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of journal entries and other material you submit. You give Feel It Back a limited permission to store and process that material only as needed to provide features you request, including lyric drafting, song generation, playback, and deletion.

AI-generated material

Lyrics, audio, and images are generated with third-party AI services. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or similar to content generated for someone else. Feel It Back does not guarantee that an output is unique or that you can register exclusive rights in it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Submit material you do not have permission to process or share.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Generate or distribute material intended to exploit, threaten, or directly facilitate harm to another person.

Your account and backups

The current account is anonymous and tied to a credential stored on the device. You are responsible for maintaining access to that device and for keeping separate copies of anything important. Account recovery and export are not currently available.

Service changes and availability

Features may change or stop, and third-party AI services may be unavailable. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or legal rights. When practical, the product will explain a failure and offer a retry rather than silently discarding work.

No medical service

Feel It Back supports reflection and creative expression. It is not therapy, crisis care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice, and it is not monitored for emergencies.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as available, without a promise that every generation will succeed or meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, Feel It Back is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You may stop using Feel It Back at any time and delete stored content from Privacy settings. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations, continue after use ends.
