For help with writing, songs, your account, or a billing question, email us.
kyle@kkit.devInclude your app version, device model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and any error message. Please leave out journal entries, lyrics, passwords, and payment details. If you send a screenshot, hide private writing and personal information first.
A song or reflection has not finished
Check your connection and return to the entry or song to see its current status. If the app offers a retry, you can use it. If a request stays stuck, email us with the error message and the approximate time it happened. You do not need to send your writing.
Finding your saved writing
If you connected an account, sign in with that same account to access your writing and songs. Guest access depends on a credential stored on your device. Reinstalling the app or clearing its storage can remove that access. Contact us if you need help with sign-in.
Keeping a copy
Open a lyric draft or audio take and choose Share & download. Review what you select before saving or sharing the file.
Deleting content and account help
In Settings, open Your data and choose Delete all content to permanently remove the creative content in your current space. Export anything you want to keep first. This action does not delete your sign-in account. Email us for account or privacy help.
Reporting shared content
Use the report option on a shared song, public profile, or shared playlist page, or email us with the public link and a brief description of the issue. Please do not include someone else's private writing.
